Hello,

I just released Waku v0.21.3. It took longer than I expected, but it turned out to be a good thing because several contributors submitted PRs and improved features. There are still some open issues, and I would appreciate more contributors stepping in to tackle them. Meanwhile, my next task is an internal re-architecture. Some design decisions were based on older assumptions, and with new requirements coming in, it's time for an overhaul. For the next release, I will aim to avoid breaking the public API.
