Something that has been bothering me lately is that I needed to close some PRs submitted to several libraries. There are many reasons to reject a PR or an issue, but sometimes it's not because the idea is bad. Even if an idea is good, it might not align with the philosophy or be something that is not acceptable to everyone. It's fine to accept and reject ideas based on such reasons, as it's a project with a certain scope. My only concern is that "close" might be considered as somewhat strong messaging to someone. I think I added a reasonable comment, and will continue to do so. By the way, that's one of the reasons why we have generally preferred discussions over issues in Jotai and some other libraries. It has some drawbacks, but so far, it seems to work well.

I hope to release a new patch version of Waku soon, but I'm having a problem with the last PR, for which I don't have a clue yet. Hoping for some ideas to come.
